Terms of Service

Welcome to Shorts & Cash. By downloading, installing, or using the Shorts & Cash mobile application ("App", "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Shorts & Cash ("we", "our", or "us"). We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notification.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the App. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

3. Account Registration

• Sign-in: You may register using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person: You may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate additional rewards is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid PayPal email address for withdrawals.

4. Description of Service

Shorts & Cash allows you to watch short-form video content and view advertisements in exchange for points. Points may be converted to cash rewards and withdrawn via PayPal once your balance reaches the minimum threshold. We act as an intermediary between advertisers and viewers; we do not guarantee any specific level of earnings.

5. Earning Points

• Video views: Points are awarded for watching videos and viewing advertisements in the App. The number of points per view is determined by your reward tier, your country's advertising value (CPM), and any active multipliers.
• Daily earning limit: You may set a daily earning limit from within the App's Settings. Once your daily limit is reached, no further points are awarded until the following UTC day.
• Streak multiplier: Watching at least one video per day maintains a streak. Consecutive daily streaks may unlock bonus multipliers at our discretion.
• Referrals: You may earn bonus points by referring new users who sign up with your referral code. Referral bonuses are one-time awards and are subject to fraud review.
• No guaranteed earnings: Points are awarded at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to adjust the points value, earning rates, and tier thresholds at any time without prior notice.

6. Points & Cash Value

Points have no monetary value until you initiate a withdrawal and it is successfully processed. The current exchange rate is 5,000 points = US$1.00. We reserve the right to change this rate at any time. Points are non-transferable, have no expiry date while your account is active, and are forfeited upon account termination for policy violations.

7. Withdrawals & Payments

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is US$10.00.
• PayPal only: Withdrawals are processed exclusively via PayPal Payouts to the email address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal account is valid and able to receive funds.
• Processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–5 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by PayPal or your financial institution.
• Taxes: You are solely responsible for any taxes that may apply to earnings received through the App. We do not withhold taxes on your behalf.
• Fraud review: Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending fraud review. We reserve the right to deny any withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all points and cash balance:

• Using bots, scripts, emulators, or any automated means to watch videos or view advertisements.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to falsify your location or inflate the advertising value of your views.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Sharing accounts or credentials with other people.
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the rewards system.
• Submitting false or fraudulent withdrawal requests.
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable law or harms other users or the Service.

9. Advertising

The App displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. By using the App you agree to the display of personalised or non-personalised advertisements as determined by your consent preferences. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Shorts & Cash or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Video content is sourced from YouTube and subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, PayPal, and the YouTube Data API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHORTS & CASH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount of cash you have successfully withdrawn from the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$50.00.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shorts & Cash and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately.
• Points earned through legitimate activity may be paid out at our discretion if your balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold and no fraud is suspected.
• Points earned through prohibited activities will be forfeited in their entirety.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shorts & Cash with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
